Three days full of activities, learning, connections and fun have come to an end! CREA CULTURA saw the participation of dozens of schools from many different countries, engaging in interactive workshops and creating their own masterpieces in various locations of the historic centre of Foligno.
The event began with NO SCHOOL IS AN ISLAND in Palazzo Trinci, where students were introduced to the role and effect of modern artificial intelligence technology in teaching and education. In the meantime, the workshop MONDO LEGO took place in Palazzo Candiotti, challenging the students’ creativity, communication and cooperation. The AURORA group followed a lecture on Marketing, learning about its role in tourism contexts.
The following day, a collection of good practices, tools and recourses created within the context of the Fit4DigiLine project, were presented to empower language teachers for the online world. Simultaneously, a session on Artificial Intelligence for new professions and Digital Storytelling and Agricultural workshops were held to serve the different interests of schools, taught by our CHRACKLAB experts.
In the evenings of the two days, the students got to be involved in an interactive treasure hunt around the most important points of interest of Foligno, getting to know its beautiful hidden gems and each of the town’s rioni. The group following the AURORA project also toured the areas of Montefalco, Bevagna, Giano and Sagrantino, where they experienced the Cultural Immersive Experience powered by Augmented Reality.
On the final day, the DREAMATHON was held in the form of an AI-generating game contest, involving different cultural topics where the students used their best creative skills. The AURORA project had a hands-on workshop of creating simple AR content on paintings of the Museo Diocesano. All the schools gathered in Palazzo Trinci for the final event, where innovative technologies for educators were discussed and the products of the DREAMATHON were presented, with a winning school chosen by the audience.
