CDEA has led the way in vocational training in Gipuzkoa since 1978 and delivers Hospitality and Tourism courses to more than 1100 learners in formal and non-formal programmes throughout a school year.
The continuous improvement of the hospitality and tourism sectors has always been our goal and we are committed to preparing its professionals of the future. The Professional Catering College enjoys an outstanding reputation. It has over 40 years of experience in the sector and is the only institution in Gipuzkoa offering a tertiary level course in restaurant management. It has its own restaurant staffed by students and open to the public. Diners can enjoy a special set menu designed prepared and served by students during the entire academic year.
CDEA also aims to meet professionals´ lifelong training needs by offering lifelong training courses adapted to the skilling changes as a result of technological and organizational innovations. All the areas have international experience in Erasmus + KA1 KA2 KA3 programs.
